The following information is stored in a local database file on your computer (kibby.db):

  • Tracked Applications: Details about the games and applications you track, including name, executable path, installation directory, and icon.
  • Gaming Sessions: Records of your gaming sessions, including start time, end time, and duration.
  • Daily Summaries: Aggregated daily statistics of your gaming activity, such as total time played and session count.
  • Usage Limits: Any daily time limits you configure within the application.

This data is for your use only and can be exported locally by you at any time using the "Export Data" feature.

b. Information You Voluntarily Send Us

You may choose to voluntarily send us information in the following cases:

  • Feedback and Bug Reports: When you use the "Send Feedback" feature, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

    • Your rating and comments.
    • Feedback type (e.g., Bug Report, Feature Request).
    • Your app version and license\trial status (Free/Pro). This information is sent to a private Discord channel to help us improve the application.
  • Error Reporting: If the application encounters an error, you may be prompted to send an error report. These reports include:

    • Technical details of the error (exception message, stack trace).
    • Your app version and license\trial status.
    • You may be asked to optionally include system information (OS version, .NET version, CPU architecture) to help us diagnose the issue. This information is only sent with your explicit consent for each report. This information is sent to a private Discord channel for debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Locally Stored Data: Used solely within the application to provide you with features like activity tracking, statistics, and usage limit enforcement. We do not have access to this data.
  • Feedback and Error Reports: Used exclusively to identify and fix bugs, improve application features, and enhance the user experience.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. The only exceptions are:

  • Discord: Feedback and error reports are transmitted to a private Discord channel via webhooks for development and support purposes.
